Small compact flour mills are usually installed with three-layer steel structure. The main processes include conveying, cleaning, milling, blending and packing. The whole flour mill can be equipped with PLC control system to realize centralized control for safe production.

1.In the compact flour mill, Commonly used equipment in the cleaning part are vibrating screen, stone machine, cylinder screen, water machine, etc., raw materials needed to be cleaned several times to remove impurities thoroughly.
2.In the compact flour mill, After wheat grinded, it enters the high square screen. And after this, the granular material is transported to the flour cleaner. Then the granular powder required by customers is screened out.
