Vibrating separator
Vibrating separator can be used for grain cleaning and screening, widely used in flour mills, rice mills, feed plants and other grain processing plants, and also can be used in chemical, petroleum and other industries.
According to the size, length, width and weight of granular materials and impurities, the Vibrating separator can remove various impurities through different screens. Through the vibrating motor, the grain materials on the screen will vibrate violently and disperse gradually, and then the screening of impurities and classification of materials will be completed seperate.
1) Screen: the machine adopts two-layer screen, which can give materials best cleaning and grading process.
2) Vibration motor: on each side of the machine is fixed a vibration motor, which can make the machine work well.
3) Inclination angle of screen surface: the frame is made of fabricated steel plate, the height of screen frame can be adjusted up and down, and the inclination angle of screen surface can be adjusted accordingly.
